What Happens When You Call
You talk with someone who knows solar, not a script. We ask what you want: new panels, a battery, a repair on a system that stopped producing, or a cleaning. Then we ask about your roof, your electric bills and anything you have noticed, like a breaker that trips or an inverter light that will not go green.
If the job needs a look in person, we set a time to come out to your home in The Colony or a nearby town. We check the roof and the electrical panel, take photos and explain what we found in plain words. Once work starts, we lay down covers, keep the driveway clear and pick up at the end of every day, so your yard looks the way we found it.
A Few Things Worth Grabbing First
- Your last power bill, or a year of them if you can, shows us what your home actually uses each month.
- A rough idea of how old your roof is and what it is covered with helps us plan.
- If panels are already up, jot down the inverter brand and any code or warning light on its screen.
- Mention a locked gate, a dog in the yard or the best spot for our truck to park.
